1?Summary

       ERW63 solid straight welded pipe mill line is used for producing welded pipe with diameter between F16mm to F63mm and thickness between 0.6mm to 2.5mm and also some square and rectangular pipe. Each machine on this mill line adopts the technology based on many scientific research achievements at home and aboard, and we make some innovative design according to national condition. Not only high automatic, convenient  operation and maintenance, the design of our produced machines is in leading position in China, the structure and precision of our machines is in the advanced level all over the world.

5.1 Double drum decoiler

Function: Double station decoiling

5.2 Spiral accumulator

5.3 Forming stands

Function: Bend the steel strip into required section shape.

5.4 Welding device 

 Function: HF weld the formed strip into closed pipe and cut the bead

   This device is consist from two-roll guiding stand, two-roll squeezing stand, outer bead cutter (bullet type) and two-roll polishing stand.

5.7Gearing

It is consist from main reduce-speed box and gearbox   

Main reduce-speed box adopt ZLY mode, hard surface.

   Gearbox take arc-umbrella gear, M=10. It has steady transmission and good anti-overload capacity, also long service life. The material of this is 20CrMnTi. Gear shaft use auto car drive shaft. Main reduce-speed box adopt ZLY mode, hard surface.



 

5.8 Computer flying saw

Function: Cut the continuous pipe into required length

Method: By FS cutting-off machine

The accuracy of length: 0-6mm

Length: 6-9m

Diameter of cutting saw blade: Ø450mm

Motor for cutting: 15KW

Motor for dragging: 22KW




 




5.10 Run out conveyor

Function: After cutting, transfer the pipe to bundling machine

5.11 Pipe bundling machine

Function: Line up the pipes and bundle the pipes into square or hex shape.

Pipe size: F16~F63mm or size of square pipe accordingly

Pipe length: 6-9m
